Instructiion for Optical Coating

Single Sided Highly Transmittance (AR)

Can improve the resolution, use on the lens or screens. E.g:
—(1) The penetration rate of PC material before coating is about 89%, and it can be increased to more than 93% after coating.
—(2) The transmittance of AC material before coating is about 91%, after coating, it can rise to more than 95%, and the reflectivity can be reduced to less than 0.3%.
—(3) The reflection color can be changed according to customer needs (purple red, purple blue, blue, green... etc.)

AG (Anti-Glare) Coating

The most common type of protective coating is ‘Anti-Glare’ (AG). This is often described as a matte coating as it is non-reflective to the user since it diffuses rather than reflects ambient light. It provides a method for manufacturers to avoid glare on the viewing surface from other light sources and has been used in the LCD monitor market for many years since the first TFT displays started to emerge.

3.Diffusion works by reducing the coherence of the reflected image.

Spray coating technology is implemented to form nano-structure on the substrate to get the anti-glare or anti-smudge property. The glossiness and haze can be customized on different substrate materials, such as glass or plastic.

Anti Fingerprint Coating

AF (Anti Fingerprint Coating) has become one of the most inquired and demanded coatings on various materials finishes because it enhances the surface hardness.
Without this anti-fingerprint coating, fingerprints are easily imprinted on the surface of an object and are very difficult to remove, causing poor appearance and negatively affecting durability.
UOT anti-fingerprint coating creates a protective layer on the surface of an object to prevent the effects fingerprint oils and dirt.
Our Anti-fingerprint coating also provides corrosion, acid and alkaline-resistant.

Filters / Multi-Layers Membranes

With high/ low refractive index materials stacking, the quarterwave stack can then make high pass or low pass filters.
We can also use it to make bandpass filters simply by putting two quarterwave stacks (each a stack of quarterwaves at different wavelengths, say one at 500nm, one at 1000nm) one on top of the other.
The products can be used in exposure machine, inspection instruments, camera lens, and 3C products…, etc.
